Hola Mark, voy a visitar con mi esposo, 2 hijos (14 y 5) y nuestro Saluki (Scout) bien educado. Viajamos desde Derbyshire y esperamos llegar a Londres alrededor del mediodía del lunes. Tu alojamiento se ve perfecto para que exploremos algunos de los lugares de interés de Londres. Esperamos visitar la Torre de Londres, algunos buenos mercados si hay alguno cerca y algunos parques agradables. No dudes en preguntar si olvidé incluir algún detalle. Gracias de antemano, Emma

I'm looking forward to hosting you 😊 I've put quite a bit of effort into making the place nice for AirBnB so please look after it 🙏🏼 The earliest check in is 3pm. Checkout is 11am. Here's some information that will help you get around the flat. Most of these are straightforward, the general rule of thumb is that I would expect you to treat my flat as you would your own: take the shoes off when in the flat, don’t smoke inside the flat (but you can smoke in the roof garden), avoid playing loud music after 10pm etc... There is wardrobe space in both rooms cleared out for you. 🚪Doors Access is via a keypad and code. Very simple. You will receive details for this a few days before. Please note that my apartment door doesn't lock by itself, *so please lock when leaving* 🔑 🚘 Parking There is paid on street residents parking - I'm happy to book and cover the cost of this for you. But you will need to tell me in advance so I can register the virtual permit with the council. 🌡Heating You can control the heating in each room individually using the thermostat on the radiator. Simply turn the dial on it. 🎵 Music & Lights Please refer to the flat manual (http://corley.me/manual.pdf) ☕️ Coffee & Food There is a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules supplied. Tea, as well as mugs, can be found in the cupboards in the kitchen. Please feel free to make use of the spices and condiments. Feel free to use store cupboard items within reason. Anything in the fridge is fair game 🍸 🪣 Appliances In the kitchen, you have an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster & blender, which are all easy to use. Happy to share cooking tips :) There's also a library of cookbooks which you're more than welcome to use! 📽 Projector Please refer to the flat manual (http://corley.me/manual.pdf) 🚮 Waste and Recycling: Trash/rubbish bin is hidden in the corner cupboard. If you want to take rubbish out the bins are on your left as you go out the door to the building. 📍The postcode of the flat is SE1 5LJ. The flat is on the 3rd floor at the end of the corridor. You will receive full address details in due course. 🧡 Finally, This is my home when I’m not travelling, so I’ve tried to make it cosy and welcoming for you too. If anything feels off or could be improved, even something small, just let me know — I’ll do my best to sort it out. And if you’re happy, a little 5★ love always means a lot!😊 p.s. If it's your first time in London, I'd highly recommend downloading an app called CityMapper for navigating public transport. It has all the options on it and it very upto date and accurate 🚎 🚉
Aug 25, 2025 05:19 PMWill you be requiring the sofa for sleeping as well as the two (double and superking) beds? Let me know in advance so I can arrange extra linen. Please note that it isn't a sofa bed. However, it's a large comfortable sofa to sleep on - I can attest to that myself😊 Thanks!

Please note I can't be held responsible for you parking unsafely and getting a ticket for any offence other than not having a valid permit.

I’m sure Scout is such a lovely companion to have with you! 🐾 Just so you know in advance, we do have a few specific rules regarding pets: Pets are not allowed on the sofa or on the beds. The terrace should be left in good condition, as our cleaning team charges extra if they need to clean any pet traces. If additional cleaning is required (such as pet hairs on bed linen, soft furnishings, or on the terrace), there is a £100 cleaning fee. I completely understand that Scout is very well behaved, but I appreciate your understanding of these rules – they’re simply to keep the apartment in great condition for all our guests. Aug 27, 2025 06:03 AMThanks for all the details Emma, I have now purchased virtual visitor parking permit from the council for the duration of your stay (these are also valid for the full 24 hours on the day of checkin and checkout). You just need to make sure you park in a permit holders only bay on the street. I've put together a pdf with some instructions to help find a bay: https://corley.me/parking.pdf There is no need to display anything in the car - the permit is virtual and has been fully paid. The door will open automatically. 2. Flat 13 is on floor 3, right at the end. Use code 🔐 663661 🔐 to open my flat door. **When you leave, press the ◀️ 'back' button on the keypad to lock the door.** (if for some reason the digital lock doesn't work there is a *backup physical key* in the top right key safe, to the right hand side of the garage door & bins, outside the building. Code: 2820)

Sep 01, 2025 08:43 AMHere's some details to help you locate my flat: Flat 13, Sultan House, 238 Saint James Road, SE1 5LJ The entrance to my building is actually on Lynton Road, just off St James Road on the crossroads. The entrance to my flat is on floor 3. Come up the lift and go straight ahead right to the end of the corridor and the flat is on your left. (please arrive on or after your 3pm check-in time unless we've agreed otherwise).
