I'm looking forward to hosting you 😊 I've put quite a bit of effort into making the place nice for AirBnB so please look after it 🙏🏼 The earliest check in is 3pm. Checkout is 11am. Here's some information that will help you get around the flat. Most of these are straightforward, the general rule of thumb is that I would expect you to treat my flat as you would your own: take the shoes off when in the flat, don’t smoke inside the flat (but you can smoke in the roof garden), avoid playing loud music after 10pm etc... There is wardrobe space in both rooms cleared out for you. 🚪Doors Access is via a keypad and code. Very simple. You will receive details for this a few days before. Please note that my apartment door doesn't lock by itself, *so please lock when leaving* 🔑 🚘 Parking There is paid on street residents parking - I'm happy to book and cover the cost of this for you. But you will need to tell me in advance so I can register the virtual permit with the council. 🌡Heating You can control the heating in each room individually using the thermostat on the radiator. Simply turn the dial on it. 🎵 Music & Lights Please refer to the flat manual (https://tinyurl.com/au6bls) ☕️ Coffee & Food There is a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules supplied. Tea, as well as mugs, can be found in the cupboards in the kitchen. Please feel free to make use of the spices and condiments. Feel free to use store cupboard items within reason. Anything in the fridge is fair game 🍸 🪣 Appliances In the kitchen, you have an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster & blender, which are all easy to use. Happy to share cooking tips :) There's also a library of cookbooks which you're more than welcome to use! 📽 Projector Please refer to the flat manual (https://tinyurl.com/au6bls) 🚮 Waste and Recycling: Trash/rubbish bin is hidden in the corner cupboard. If you want to take rubbish out the bins are on your left as you go out the door to the building. 📍The postcode of the flat is SE1 5LJ. The flat is on the 3rd floor at the end of the corridor. You will receive full address details in due course. 🧡 Finally, This is my home when I’m not travelling, so I’ve tried to make it cosy and welcoming for you too. If anything feels off or could be improved, even something small, just let me know — I’ll do my best to sort it out. And if you’re happy, a little 5★ love always means a lot!😊 p.s. If it's your first time in London, I'd highly recommend downloading an app called CityMapper for navigating public transport. It has all the options on it and it very upto date and accurate 🚎 🚉

The door will open automatically. 2. Flat 13 is on floor 3, right at the end. Use code 🔐 663661 🔐 to open my flat door. **When you leave, press the ◀️ 'back' button on the keypad to lock the door.** (if for some reason the digital lock doesn't work there is a *backup physical key* in the top right key safe, to the right hand side of the garage door & bins, outside the building. Nov 07, 2025 07:22 PMHi Mohammed, I have now purchased virtual visitor parking permit from the council for the duration of your stay (these are also valid for the full 24 hours on the day of checkin and checkout). You just need to make sure you park in a permit holders only bay on the street. As soon as we noticed the issue, we called the technician, and he explained that the damaged part is the control panel. Unfortunately, that piece is no longer available on the market, so the whole unit will need to be replaced. We’re already arranging a new one, but it will take a few days to arrive. In the meantime, I’m offering you a laundry service called Laundryheap. They collect the clothes directly from the flat and return them clean and folded within 24 hours. I thought this would be the simplest solution, especially since you’re travelling with a little one and, of course, need access to laundry facilities. I completely understand that if you’re not familiar with the app, it might seem a bit of a hassle, but please don’t worry — I’m more than happy to schedule the pick-up for you if that helps. Alternatively, if you’re not satisfied with this option, I can offer a partial refund of 10%, which is the usual range for unexpected last-minute issues. That said, my main goal is for you to have all the comfort you need during your stay, which is why I looked for this practical alternative. I’ll wait to hear what you prefer. 🙏

In this case, tomorrow evening they will let me know what time they can come. Usually, it is not necessary for someone to be in the flat (I would contact them and give them access). The entrance to my flat is on floor 3. Come up the lift and go straight ahead right to the end of the corridor and the flat is on your left. (please arrive on or after your 3pm check-in time unless we've agreed otherwise).

They will install the new one and take away the old one. They will also require a signature - are you OK to accept the delivery and sign for it once they've completed the installation?

Having guests with such common sense truly makes it a pleasure to host my home while I’m away, as these things can occasionally happen in any flat, and replacing a washing machine with complex fittings isn’t always a quick fix.
