I'm looking forward to hosting you 😊 I've put quite a bit of effort into making the place nice for AirBnB so please look after it 🙏🏼 The earliest check in is 3pm. Checkout is 11am. Here's some information that will help you get around the flat. Most of these are straightforward, the general rule of thumb is that I would expect you to treat my flat as you would your own: take the shoes off when in the flat, don’t smoke inside the flat (but you can smoke in the roof garden), avoid playing loud music after 10pm etc... There is wardrobe space in both rooms cleared out for you. 🚪Doors Access is via a keypad and code. Very simple. You will receive details for this a few days before. Please note that my apartment door doesn't lock by itself, *so please lock when leaving* 🔑 🚘 Parking There is paid on street residents parking - I'm happy to book and cover the cost of this for you. But you will need to tell me in advance so I can register the virtual permit with the council. 🌡Heating You can control the heating in each room individually using the thermostat on the radiator. Simply turn the dial on it. 🎵 Music & Lights Please refer to the flat manual (https://tinyurl.com/au6bls) ☕️ Coffee & Food There is a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules supplied. Tea, as well as mugs, can be found in the cupboards in the kitchen. Please feel free to make use of the spices and condiments. Feel free to use store cupboard items within reason. Anything in the fridge is fair game 🍸 🪣 Appliances In the kitchen, you have an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster & blender, which are all easy to use. Happy to share cooking tips :) There's also a library of cookbooks which you're more than welcome to use! 📽 Projector Please refer to the flat manual (https://tinyurl.com/au6bls) 🚮 Waste and Recycling: Trash/rubbish bin is hidden in the corner cupboard. If you want to take rubbish out the bins are on your left as you go out the door to the building. 📍The postcode of the flat is SE1 5LJ. The flat is on the 3rd floor at the end of the corridor. You will receive full address details in due course. 🧡 Finally, This is my home when I’m not travelling, so I’ve tried to make it cosy and welcoming for you too. If anything feels off or could be improved, even something small, just let me know — I’ll do my best to sort it out. And if you’re happy, a little 5★ love always means a lot!😊 p.s. If it's your first time in London, I'd highly recommend downloading an app called CityMapper for navigating public transport. It has all the options on it and it very upto date and accurate 🚎 🚉

Will you be requiring the sofa for sleeping as well as the two (double and superking) beds? Let me know in advance so I can arrange extra linen. Please note that it isn't a sofa bed. However, it's a large comfortable sofa to sleep on - I can attest to that myself😊 Thanks!

Hi Nathalie, I’ve left two adapters available as I’m heading off on a trip. However, I have four guests staying before your visit, and I can’t guarantee they’ll leave them in the right place. If that works for you, I’ll order two more adapters for your arrival. You can never have too many adapters😂

Hope you're looking forward to your stay in two days time! Check in is simple: 1. When you get to the building buzz flat 1️⃣3️⃣ on the intercom. The door will open automatically. 2. Flat 13 is on floor 3, right at the end. Use code 🔐 318318 🔐 to open my flat door. **When you leave, press the ◀️ 'back' button on the keypad to lock the door.** (if for some reason the digital lock doesn't work there is a *backup physical key* in the top right key safe, to the right hand side of the garage door & bins, outside the building. Hi! Just a quick note before your stay 😊 We’ve recently carried out some maintenance and made a few lovely improvements to the flat. It’s been freshly painted and lightly redecorated, so it may look a little different from older photos — all changes are upgrades. The listing photos are now fully updated. You’ll also find some new amenities, including a dedicated desk area and a foldable coffee table that easily converts into a dining table. Regarding the adapters, we've placed universal adapters in the rooms, so there's no need to order them from Amazon and they'll be much more convenient to use.😁 During the recent maintenance, we found that the blinds (especially the one used for the projector) had been damaged, and the repair cost was around £500. For this reason, we kindly ask for a bit of extra care when using them, and they’ve been added to the house rules as a chargeable item if damaged again. 🙏 When lowering the blinds, please make sure the windows are fully closed and nothing is obstructing them. If you need the windows open, the blind should remain fully raised at its top position. With normal use, they’re very easy to handle. Clear instructions are available in both the digital and printed house manuals.Also, I am here for anything you need. We hope you enjoy the flat, the new updates, and have a wonderful stay! ✨

Hi Nathalie, The cleaning team informed me that we have to use the physical key in the top right key safe, on the right-hand side of the garage door and bins, outside the building. Code: 3108 That is because they had a problem trying to change the keypad batteries, and we're waiting for the replacement part to arrive so we can fix it. Apologies for the inconvenience🙏 The good new is that they finish to prepare the flat already so, you can check in at any time earlier if you prefer 😊 I am here for anything you need🙏

Here's some details to help you locate my flat: Flat 13, Sultan House, 238 Saint James Road, SE1 5LJ The entrance to my building is actually on Lynton Road, just off St James Road on the crossroads. The entrance to my flat is on floor 3. Come up the lift and go straight ahead right to the end of the corridor and the flat is on your left.

Hi Nathalie, hope you've settled in nicely. Just to let you know, I ordered one universal adapter more just in case. It should arrive between 2pm and 6pm. :) It will be in Robert Corley's name. He usually helps me when I need something in the apartment and I am traveling. :) Another package may arrive in his name as well with the new batteries and keypad parts. In that case, please if you leave them in the kitchen, I will be very grateful. I have already spoken to the building manager about the elevator, so hopefully they will fix it very soon.🙏🏻 Please let me know if everything else is okay or if I can help with anything else. Good evening! I think it could get "stuck" due to a safety catch that activates if it's halfway between positions – I think that's why it could feel like something's blocking it. Please, try these steps to close it: 1-Push the window firmly against the frame (top and sides) to align it. 2-Look for a small button or lever on the edge near the hinges (mid-height or top) – press it down while turning the handle fully UP (horizontal, pointing to the hinge side). 3-Swing the window fully closed like a normal door, then turn the handle down to lock. If it's not resolved, please let me know so we can find a solution 😊
