Here's some information that will help you get around the flat. Most of these are straightforward, the general rule of thumb is that I would expect you to treat my flat as you would your own: take the shoes off when in the flat, don’t smoke inside the flat (but you can smoke in the roof garden), avoid playing loud music after 10pm etc... There is wardrobe space in both rooms cleared out for you. 🚪Doors Access is via a keypad and code. Very simple. You will receive details for this a few days before. Please note that my apartment door doesn't lock by itself, *so please lock when leaving* 🔑 🚘 Parking There is paid on street residents parking - I'm happy to book and cover the cost of this for you. But you will need to tell me in advance so I can register the virtual permit with the council. 🌡Heating You can control the heating in each room individually using the thermostat on the radiator. Simply turn the dial on it. 🎵 Music & Lights Please refer to the flat manual (https://tinyurl.com/au6bls) ☕️ Coffee & Food There is a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules supplied. Tea, as well as mugs, can be found in the cupboards in the kitchen. Please feel free to make use of the spices and condiments. Feel free to use store cupboard items within reason. Anything in the fridge is fair game 🍸 🪣 Appliances In the kitchen, you have an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster & blender, which are all easy to use. Happy to share cooking tips :) There's also a library of cookbooks which you're more than welcome to use! 📽 Projector Please refer to the flat manual (https://tinyurl.com/au6bls) 🚮 Waste and Recycling: Trash/rubbish bin is hidden in the corner cupboard. You will receive full address details in due course. 🧡 Finally, This is my home when I’m not travelling, so I’ve tried to make it cosy and welcoming for you too. I'd highly recommend downloading an app called CityMapper for navigating public transport in London. It has all the options on it and it very upto date and accurate. You can pay for all public transport in London just using any contactless bank card. Or you can buy and Oystercard.

It is the one used by the cleaning team and is available for your use if needed. 2.We provide one set of towels per person (one large towel and one small towel). 3.The washing machine is new (around three months old) and fully functional and it has a dryer funcion. 4.The heating system is working properly. If you have any difficulty using it, please feel free to contact me — I can also manage it remotely if needed. 5.Of course, walking barefoot indoors is absolutely fine. I usually do the same. I’ve also ordered four pairs of fluffy socks for you via Amazon — one for each of you. They are very comfortable and one-size-fits-all. I hope you like them. 6.The shower and hot water system are working perfectly at the moment. 7.You will find a guest manual in the apartment upon arrival. The extra cleaning service is simply a courtesy I like to offer to guests staying for a longer period, to help make the stay as comfortable as possible. According to the current calendar, there could be two additional cleanings during your stay, roughly around 24 January and 31 January. At each cleaning, bed linen and towels would be changed. The following week, the final clean would take place on check-out day, to conclude the stay. That said, I completely understand that some guests prefer full privacy and would rather not have anyone enter the flat during their stay. If that’s the case — or if your concern is mainly about having enough towels and linen — I can instead leave extra sets of towels and bed linen in the apartment for your use, rather than arranging the cleaning service. The flat has a washer with a drying function, so you can manage everything comfortably yourselves. You’re very welcome to choose whichever option suits you best — I’m more than happy to accommodate your preference. As mentioned, this is simply an extra I like to offer so that long stays feel easy and comfortable. And yes 😊 London can certainly be rainy, so I’ll make sure to leave umbrellas available in the flat for you.

Their hours are generally from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The day before, if you have a particular time when you would like them to come, I can let them know and ask them, but I can't guarantee that they will be available at that particular time.

Bin liners should be under the kitchen sink. The little grey bins next to the fridge can be used for recycling - there are recycling bins outside as well.

You can dispose of everything together in the same bag. About the radiators: yes, you just need to set each radiator to the temperature you want and it will work automatically. As for the food and condiments in the kitchen, freezer, and cabinets: these items were left by me and by previous guests, as they can be useful during the stay. Just to mention, Regarding the food left in the flat, please be mindful of possible allergies, as these are assorted items left by previous guests and ourselves in case they’re useful to others.😊 We’d also like to kindly ask you to take special care with the blinds, especially the one used with the projector. Recently, the blinds were damaged after being left closed while the windows were open, and the repair was quite costly (around £500). For this reason, we’ve added a new house rule stating that this amount may be charged if the blinds are returned damaged. Thank you very much for your understanding and care — I really appreciate it. Everything in the flat is exactly as it should be and there is nothing that isn't working - we spent 10 days in the flat sorting stuff out so that it would be perfect for your stay. There were welcome gifts and amenities kits which are new and were not advertised, these were put there to make your stay nice. Regarding the radiators in the main bedroom and living room: could you please clarify what you mean by them not restarting automatically? I can see in the app that they are currently working. It may be related to the programmed time slots — after a certain number of hours during the day, the system can enter frost protection mode, which keeps the temperature at around 20°C until guests manually adjust it again. This is mainly to protect resources when the apartment is not in use. If this is what you are referring to and the frost protection setting is not sufficient for you, we can definitely look for a solution. I can remove that mode and set a constant temperature of up to 24°C for the rest of your stay if you prefer. About the bathroom radiator in the bedroom: it only turns on when the bedroom radiator is on, so that might be the reason it seemed not to work. As for the Wi-Fi, there is no limit on the number of connected devices. You actually have two networks available: - the one listed on Airbnb, and - the one accessible via the QR code in the apartment, which is a fiber connection and usually very strong. I’ll be traveling myself, and the apartment is fully booked — new guests are arriving the same day. Because of this, the cleaning team needs to prepare the apartment as quickly as possible to have everything ready for the next guests. Once the apartment is prepared, no one can enter again, as the access should be changed. That said, I do have an alternative solution for luggage storage. It’s the same kind of service I personally use when I travel and it worked very well for me. I’ll be happy to share the details with you so you can see if it works for your plans. If you need somewhere to store your luggage while you wait then can I suggest NannyBag (https://www.nannybag.com/en/luggage-storage/london)? It's like Airbnb for bags - shops will keep hold of your bags for a small fee. There's one on Tower Bridge road which is a short walk from Potters Fields Park (https://goo.gl/maps/XbVrKyeTaydoaAcu9) which has one of my favourite views of London and there's various pubs and restaurants in the vicinity.
