Yes, my cleaner was in today so the flat is setup. But it will just be the two beds and not the sofa, if that's OK? And we can accommodate the late checkout - I'll block Sunday night and book the cleaners for Monday so you can checkout as late as you like

Please be aware that the neighbours are very sensitive to noise

They called the police on some guests just watching a film to loud a couple of months ago 🙄

So as long as you're mindful of that you'll be grand 😊

You should be fine - I usually just say that when it's a last minute booking for someone local to weed out people wanting to have a party

I personally play music loud when I'm there and there's a huge buffer of about 5 walls between the living room and the neighbours flat

Here's some information that will help you get around the flat. Most of these are straightforward, the general rule of thumb is that I would expect you to treat my flat as you would your own: take the shoes off when in the flat, don’t smoke inside the flat (but you can smoke in the roof garden), avoid playing loud music after 10pm etc... There is wardrobe space in both rooms cleared out for you. 🚪Doors Access is via a keypad and code. Very simple. You will receive details for this a few days before. Please note that my apartment door doesn't lock by itself, *so please lock when leaving* 🔑 🚘 Parking There is paid on street residents parking - I'm happy to book and cover the cost of this for you. But you will need to tell me in advance so I can register the virtual permit with the council. 🌡Heating You can control the heating in each room individually using the thermostat on the radiator. Simply turn the dial on it. 🎵 Music & Lights Please refer to the flat manual (https://tinyurl.com/au6bls) ☕️ Coffee & Food There is a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules supplied. Tea, as well as mugs, can be found in the cupboards in the kitchen. Please feel free to make use of the spices and condiments. Feel free to use store cupboard items within reason. Anything in the fridge is fair game 🍸 🪣 Appliances In the kitchen, you have an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster & blender, which are all easy to use. If it's your first time in London, I'd highly recommend downloading an app called CityMapper for navigating public transport. It has all the options on it and it very upto date and accurate 🚎 🚉

Flat 13 is on floor 3, right at the end. Use code 🔐 663661 🔐 to open my flat door. **When you leave, press the ◀️ 'back' button on the keypad to lock the door.** (if for some reason the digital lock doesn't work there is a *backup physical key* in the top right key safe, to the right hand side of the garage door & bins, outside the building. Here's some details to help you locate my flat: Flat 13, Sultan House, 238 Saint James Road, SE1 5LJ The entrance to my building is actually on Lynton Road, just off St James Road on the crossroads. The entrance to my flat is on floor 3. Come up the lift and go straight ahead right to the end of the corridor and the flat is on your left. (please arrive on or after your 3pm check-in time unless we've agreed otherwise).

I'm so sorry to read this. These are difficult and painful situations. 🙏 I have no problem issuing a refund. However, it's worth noting that it wouldn't be for the full amount, as the percentage that goes to Airbnb and the cost of preparing the space (rented linens and cleaning) cannot be refunded. If my calculations are correct, that's around £146 that won't be refunded. Please let me know what you'd prefer to do.🙏

I'm so sorry 🙏 I'll contact the platform now to see how the cancellation and refund can be processed (if I'm not mistaken, you should be the one to cancel, and then if you request a refund, they'll ask me if I want it, and I'll confirm it). I've never heard of that place; I'd definitely like to check it out 😊 I love those kinds of places.

Yes, I think we can't do anything within the automated system on the day of check-in, that's why it only gives you those options 🫤 What I did was write to the app's support explaining the situation, and I'm currently waiting for a response. I suggest you do the same 😊 They have a pretty good support system; I'm sure they won't take long to reply.
