I'm looking forward to hosting you 😊 I've put quite a bit of effort into making the place nice for AirBnB so please look after it 🙏🏼 The earliest check in is 3pm. Checkout is 11am. Here's some information that will help you get around the flat. Most of these are straightforward, the general rule of thumb is that I would expect you to treat my flat as you would your own: take the shoes off when in the flat, don’t smoke inside the flat (but you can smoke in the roof garden), avoid playing loud music after 10pm etc... There is wardrobe space in both rooms cleared out for you. 🚪Doors Access is via a keypad and code. Very simple. You will receive details for this a few days before. Please note that my apartment door doesn't lock by itself, *so please lock when leaving* 🔑 🚘 Parking There is paid on street residents parking - I'm happy to book and cover the cost of this for you. But you will need to tell me in advance so I can register the virtual permit with the council. 🌡Heating You can control the heating in each room individually using the thermostat on the radiator. Simply turn the dial on it. 🎵 Music & Lights Please refer to the flat manual (https://tinyurl.com/au6bls) ☕️ Coffee & Food There is a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules supplied. Tea, as well as mugs, can be found in the cupboards in the kitchen. Please feel free to make use of the spices and condiments. Feel free to use store cupboard items within reason. Anything in the fridge is fair game 🍸 🪣 Appliances In the kitchen, you have an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster & blender, which are all easy to use. Happy to share cooking tips :) There's also a library of cookbooks which you're more than welcome to use! 📽 Projector Please refer to the flat manual (https://tinyurl.com/au6bls) 🚮 Waste and Recycling: Trash/rubbish bin is hidden in the corner cupboard. If you want to take rubbish out the bins are on your left as you go out the door to the building. 📍The postcode of the flat is SE1 5LJ. The flat is on the 3rd floor at the end of the corridor. You will receive full address details in due course. 🧡 Finally, This is my home when I’m not travelling, so I’ve tried to make it cosy and welcoming for you too. If it's your first time in London, I'd highly recommend downloading an app called CityMapper for navigating public transport. It has all the options on it and it very upto date and accurate 🚎 🚉

Will you be requiring the sofa for sleeping as well as the two (double and superking) beds? Let me know in advance so I can arrange extra linen. Please note that it isn't a sofa bed. However, it's a large comfortable sofa to sleep on - I can attest to that myself😊 Thanks!

Hi Sonia, thanks for your booking. Where will you be travelling from on the 7th of Feb? What's the purpose of the stay? Also, we're doing some renovations between now and then because some of the furniture is a bit tired - I was just wondering if you'll be having any guests over during you stay as the new furniture may not arrive in time so there might not be a lot of seating for guests. Regarding the roof garden - yes the roof terrace is next to the neighbours roof terrace and they can see over the fence into the sauna. In addition to this the sauna is currently faulty - only half of the panels are working and we're struggling to find a specialist who can fix infrared saunas...

Hi Sonia, it's very unlikely the sauna will be working - I'd recommend you find an alternative - you can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours. We also definitely cannot give a discount - the price you have paid is already heavily discounted from the normal nightly rates. The other issue is that we have extremely sensitive neighbours - they called the police on some guests recently just because they were watching a film a bit loud. I want you to have a really great birthday celebration and having the police around really isn't going to be fun for anyone involved. Let me know how you'd like to proceed 😊🙏🏽

Yeah I know, I'd prefer to avoid that situation again. And I certainly don't want you to have that experience on your birthday
