Hi Lulian, Thanks for your enquiry. Bermondsey tube station (on the Jubilee Line) is a 13min walk away from the flat. The postcode of the flat is SE1 5LJ. I'd highly recommend downloading an app called CityMapper for navigating public transport in London. It has all the options on it and it very upto date and accurate. You can pay for all public transport in London just using any contactless bank card. Or you can buy and Oystercard.

For example if you wanted to go to Covent Garden then there is the number 1 bus which stops right outside out flat and takes you all the way there with no changes - it's a 28min bus ride. Or you can take the tube - the tube journey is 18min from Bermondsey tube station.

Hi Iulian, Thanks for your questions - happy to help! Yes, there's a Tesco Superstore about 12 minutes walk away which is perfect for groceries and breakfast items. There's also a Turkish supermarket (St James Supermarket) open 24/7 less than 10 minutes away, and a smaller Tesco just opposite it. The apartment is in a quiet residential area. It's on the 3rd floor and yes, there is a lift in the building. You'll love exploring on foot from here! Tower Bridge is about a 30-minute walk, and you can easily walk to Borough Market (about 20-25 minutes). For a lovely route, I'd recommend walking along Bermondsey Street toward London Bridge - it's lined with nice cafes and restaurants. From there you can reach Borough Market, then continue along the river to Tate Modern. There's also a beautiful route to Potters Fields Park (about 25 minutes walk) which has one of my favorite views of London - Tower Bridge and the city skyline together. From there you're right by the riverside walk . Looking forward to hosting you both in March!

It's very likely there will be guests checking out the morning of the day you arrive. I'll speak to the cleaners but the earliest you could drop your bags is 2pm. If you need somewhere to store your luggage while you wait then can I suggest NannyBag? It's like Airbnb for bags - shops will keep hold of your bags for a small fee. There's one on Tower Bridge road which is a short walk from Potters Fields Park which has one of my favourite views of London and there's various pubs and restaurants in the vicinity. Here's some information that will help you get around the flat. Most of these are straightforward, the general rule of thumb is that I would expect you to treat my flat as you would your own: take the shoes off when in the flat, don’t smoke inside the flat (but you can smoke in the roof garden), avoid playing loud music after 10pm etc... There is wardrobe space in both rooms cleared out for you. 🚪Doors Access is via a keypad and code. Very simple. You will receive details for this a few days before. Please note that my apartment door doesn't lock by itself, *so please lock when leaving* 🔑 🚘 Parking There is paid on street residents parking - I'm happy to book and cover the cost of this for you. But you will need to tell me in advance so I can register the virtual permit with the council. 🌡Heating You can control the heating in each room individually using the thermostat on the radiator. Simply turn the dial on it. 🎵 Music & Lights Please refer to the flat manual (https://tinyurl.com/au6bls) ☕️ Coffee & Food There is a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules supplied. Tea, as well as mugs, can be found in the cupboards in the kitchen. Please feel free to make use of the spices and condiments. Feel free to use store cupboard items within reason. Anything in the fridge is fair game 🍸 🪣 Appliances In the kitchen, you have an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster & blender, which are all easy to use. Hi Iulian, Thanks for raising these points - I really appreciate you asking rather than being surprised on arrival. Regarding storage space, there are 2 full wardrobes with drawers - one in each bedroom - with plenty of space to hang clothes and empty drawers for your belongings. The bathroom drawers are also clear for your use. I've worked hard to declutter based on guest feedback, so you should have ample storage for four adults. As for noise, there is a pump that maintains pressure for the hot water system. If someone is sleeping in the living room and another person runs hot water, it may make some noise. However, it's not disruptive unless people are taking showers in the middle of the night - so as long as everyone's reasonably considerate with timing, it shouldn't be an issue. If you find anything isn't as described or there are any issues during your stay, please let me know immediately and I'll do my best to resolve it. Looking forward to welcoming you in March!

Regarding your request, unfortunately I’m not able to offer or sell wine or other food or drinks for an additional cost, as Airbnb’s rules don’t allow this. Hi Lulian, Yes, I usually leave some adapters so guests can use them, but I always recommend that if you can travel with them, it's better. Mainly so that the models and quantity they need are correct.🙏

Good morning, Of course, I put one of these in each room. Considering the USB ports, they should be able to charge approximately four devices simultaneously in each room. I also bought portable adapters, but the problem with portable adapters is that some people find them very useful and often take them with them, so when the next guest arrives or when I return from a trip, I find that there isn't even one 😅 That's why I just decided to mount these on the wall, and these are the ones I can guarantee will be available.🙏

Here's some details to help you locate my flat: Flat 13, Sultan House, 238 Saint James Road, SE1 5LJ The entrance to my building is actually on Lynton Road, just off St James Road on the crossroads. The entrance to my flat is on floor 3. Come up the lift and go straight ahead right to the end of the corridor and the flat is on your left. (please arrive on or after your 3pm check-in time unless we've agreed otherwise).
