I'm looking forward to hosting you 😊 I've put quite a bit of effort into making the place nice for AirBnB so please look after it 🙏🏼 The earliest check in is 3pm. Checkout is 11am. Here's some information that will help you get around the flat. Most of these are straightforward, the general rule of thumb is that I would expect you to treat my flat as you would your own: take the shoes off when in the flat, don’t smoke inside the flat (but you can smoke in the roof garden), avoid playing loud music after 10pm etc... There is wardrobe space in both rooms cleared out for you. 🚪Doors Access is via a keypad and code. Very simple. You will receive details for this a few days before. Please note that my apartment door doesn't lock by itself, *so please lock when leaving* 🔑 🚘 Parking There is paid on street residents parking - I'm happy to book and cover the cost of this for you. But you will need to tell me in advance so I can register the virtual permit with the council. 🌡Heating You can control the heating in each room individually using the thermostat on the radiator. Simply turn the dial on it. 🎵 Music & Lights Please refer to the flat manual (https://tinyurl.com/au6bls) ☕️ Coffee & Food There is a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules supplied. Tea, as well as mugs, can be found in the cupboards in the kitchen. Please feel free to make use of the spices and condiments. Feel free to use store cupboard items within reason. Anything in the fridge is fair game 🍸 🪣 Appliances In the kitchen, you have an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster & blender, which are all easy to use. Happy to share cooking tips :) There's also a library of cookbooks which you're more than welcome to use! 📽 Projector Please refer to the flat manual (https://tinyurl.com/au6bls) 🚮 Waste and Recycling: Trash/rubbish bin is hidden in the corner cupboard. If you want to take rubbish out the bins are on your left as you go out the door to the building. 📍The postcode of the flat is SE1 5LJ. The flat is on the 3rd floor at the end of the corridor. You will receive full address details in due course. 🧡 Finally, This is my home when I’m not travelling, so I’ve tried to make it cosy and welcoming for you too. If anything feels off or could be improved, even something small, just let me know — I’ll do my best to sort it out. And if you’re happy, a little 5★ love always means a lot!😊 p.s. If it's your first time in London, I'd highly recommend downloading an app called CityMapper for navigating public transport. It has all the options on it and it very upto date and accurate 🚎 🚉

The door will open automatically. 2. Flat 13 is on floor 3, right at the end. Use code 🔐 318318 🔐 to open my flat door. **When you leave, press the ◀️ 'back' button on the keypad to lock the door.** (if for some reason the digital lock doesn't work there is a *backup physical key* in the top right key safe, to the right hand side of the garage door & bins, outside the building. Code: 3108)
Feb 05, 2026 07:00 PMHi there! 😊 Just a quick note to let you know that we’ve recently done some maintenance in the flat and made a few lovely improvements. We’ve repainted and lightly redecorated, so it may look a little different from the photos — but everything is definitely an upgrade! We’ve just received the new photos a few days ago so I will likely update the listing today. Among the new amenities, you’ll find a dedicated desk area and a new coffee table that easily converts into a dining table, as it’s foldable and very practical. We’d also kindly ask for special care with the curtains, especially the one used for the projector. They were recently damaged and the repair was quite costly (around £500), which is why it has been added to the house rules as a chargeable item if damaged again. With normal use, there’s absolutely no issue at all — they’re very easy to handle. You’ll find clear instructions in both the digital and printed manuals provided in the flat. I hope you really enjoy your stay and the new updates. Looking forward to hosting you! ✨

The entrance to my flat is on floor 3. Come up the lift and go straight ahead right to the end of the corridor and the flat is on your left. (please arrive on or after your 3pm check-in time unless we've agreed otherwise).

Feb 08, 2026 07:00 PMHola, solo quería informarte que me fui hace un tiempo. Cerré la puerta. El sábado hubo una entrega de rollos de papel higiénico, los dejé debajo del lavabo en el baño. El papel de aluminio se terminó y creo que eso era todo lo que tenía que informarte. Oh, no hay problema, estaba usando los paraguas y uno de ellos no se cerraba correctamente, se abre bien, pero no pude cerrarlo y no quería romperlo forzándolo. Así que lo dejé en la azotea, debajo de la sauna, en las sillas de madera. La propiedad es hermosa y la azotea es increíble, la sauna también, lamentablemente solo pude usarla esta mañana rápidamente, ¡pero definitivamente intentaré reservar cuando vea otro espacio similar! Agradezco tu hospitalidad y también te dejaré una gran reseña 💫✨ bendiciones.
