I'm looking forward to hosting you 😊 I've put quite a bit of effort into making the place nice for AirBnB so please look after it 🙏🏼 The earliest check in is 3pm. Checkout is 11am. Here's some information that will help you get around the flat. Most of these are straightforward, the general rule of thumb is that I would expect you to treat my flat as you would your own: take the shoes off when in the flat, don’t smoke inside the flat (but you can smoke in the roof garden), avoid playing loud music after 10pm etc... There is wardrobe space in both rooms cleared out for you. 🚪Doors Access is via a keypad and code. Very simple. You will receive details for this a few days before. Please note that my apartment door doesn't lock by itself, *so please lock when leaving* 🔑 🚘 Parking There is paid on street residents parking - I'm happy to book and cover the cost of this for you. But you will need to tell me in advance so I can register the virtual permit with the council. 🌡Heating You can control the heating in each room individually using the thermostat on the radiator. Simply turn the dial on it. 🎵 Music & Lights Please refer to the flat manual (https://tinyurl.com/au6bls) ☕️ Coffee & Food There is a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules supplied. Tea, as well as mugs, can be found in the cupboards in the kitchen. Please feel free to make use of the spices and condiments. Feel free to use store cupboard items within reason. Anything in the fridge is fair game 🍸 🪣 Appliances In the kitchen, you have an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster & blender, which are all easy to use. Happy to share cooking tips :) There's also a library of cookbooks which you're more than welcome to use! 📽 Projector Please refer to the flat manual (https://tinyurl.com/au6bls) 🚮 Waste and Recycling: Trash/rubbish bin is hidden in the corner cupboard. If you want to take rubbish out the bins are on your left as you go out the door to the building. 📍The postcode of the flat is SE1 5LJ. The flat is on the 3rd floor at the end of the corridor. You will receive full address details in due course. 🧡 Finally, This is my home when I’m not travelling, so I’ve tried to make it cosy and welcoming for you too. If it's your first time in London, I'd highly recommend downloading an app called CityMapper for navigating public transport. It has all the options on it and it very upto date and accurate 🚎 🚉

Will you be requiring the sofa for sleeping as well as the two (double and superking) beds? Let me know in advance so I can arrange extra linen. Please note that it isn't a sofa bed. However, it's a large comfortable sofa to sleep on - I can attest to that myself😊 Thanks!

Regardinh early check-in, it depends largely on whether there are guests checking out that same day (the check out time is 11am). Usually the flat is fully booked, so to help with this, I can speak directly with the cleaning team and ask them to keep me updated so I can let you know as soon as the apartment is ready. Sometimes they finish before 3 pm, but unfortunately this cannot be guaranteed.🙏 While you wait, I can also recommend a nearby luggage storage option that has worked very well for me and for other guests. If this solution doesn’t work for you and you would prefer to secure guaranteed early access, I can offer you the option to block the previous night with a 50% discount (but it is approximately £150). This would prevent anyone else from booking it and allow you to check in at 10am or any time you like. Please let me know what works best for you 😊

I always use Avis when I need a vehicle in Scotland and I highly recommend it. I'm not sure if they have a branch in the Cotswolds, but I assume they do.

You can check with the company just to be sure, but I've driven their cars from England and been able to return them in Scotland, without any problems 😊

Hi! No problem at all — I am happy to reserve the previous night so you can arrive at whatever time is most comfortable for you and have a relaxed check-in. Within the next 24 hours I’ll send you the reservation modification through Airbnb to block that night. Just keep in mind the final amount may appear slightly different in the app (around £100) because Airbnb sometimes adjusts the total with its fees or small system discounts. Once you receive it, you can simply accept the modification and the night will be secured for you. Looking forward to hosting you and making sure your arrival is smooth and stress-free!
