I'm looking forward to hosting you 😊 I've put quite a bit of effort into making the place nice for AirBnB so please look after it 🙏🏼 The earliest check in is 3pm. Checkout is 11am. Here's some information that will help you get around the flat. Most of these are straightforward, the general rule of thumb is that I would expect you to treat my flat as you would your own: take the shoes off when in the flat, don’t smoke inside the flat (but you can smoke in the roof garden), avoid playing loud music after 10pm etc... There is wardrobe space in both rooms cleared out for you. 🚪Doors Access is via a keypad and code. Very simple. You will receive details for this a few days before. Please note that my apartment door doesn't lock by itself, *so please lock when leaving* 🔑 🚘 Parking There is paid on street residents parking - I'm happy to book and cover the cost of this for you. But you will need to tell me in advance so I can register the virtual permit with the council. 🌡Heating You can control the heating in each room individually using the thermostat on the radiator. Simply turn the dial on it. 🎵 Music & Lights Please refer to the flat manual (https://tinyurl.com/au6bls) ☕️ Coffee & Food There is a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules supplied. Tea, as well as mugs, can be found in the cupboards in the kitchen. Please feel free to make use of the spices and condiments. Feel free to use store cupboard items within reason. Anything in the fridge is fair game 🍸 🪣 Appliances In the kitchen, you have an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster & blender, which are all easy to use. Happy to share cooking tips :) There's also a library of cookbooks which you're more than welcome to use! 📽 Projector Please refer to the flat manual (https://tinyurl.com/au6bls) 🚮 Waste and Recycling: Trash/rubbish bin is hidden in the corner cupboard. If you want to take rubbish out the bins are on your left as you go out the door to the building. 📍The postcode of the flat is SE1 5LJ. The flat is on the 3rd floor at the end of the corridor. You will receive full address details in due course. 🧡 Finally, This is my home when I’m not travelling, so I’ve tried to make it cosy and welcoming for you too. If anything feels off or could be improved, even something small, just let me know — I’ll do my best to sort it out. And if you’re happy, a little 5★ love always means a lot!😊 p.s. If it's your first time in London, I'd highly recommend downloading an app called CityMapper for navigating public transport. It has all the options on it and it very upto date and accurate 🚎 🚉

Will you be requiring the sofa for sleeping as well as the two (double and superking) beds? Let me know in advance so I can arrange extra linen. Please note that it isn't a sofa bed. However, it's a large comfortable sofa to sleep on - I can attest to that myself😊 Thanks!

Hi Ed, I'm so glad to hear your daughter's wedding went wonderfully! I hope you're enjoying Bristol as well.✨️ I know, this recent hot weather has caught us all by surprise! The flat doesn't have built-in air conditioning, as is the case with most homes in London and it is being a big thing, unfortunately. However, over the last few summers we've only had a couple of unusually hot weeks, and whenever that happens I rent a portable AC unit. Of course, I've already reserved one for your stay, and an extra fan arrived yesterday as well. Guests who've had this setup have been very happy with it. 🙏 And yes, there is a washer-dryer in the flat that you're very welcome to use. Please, if you have any other question, let me know 🙏

Flat 13 is on floor 3, right at the end. Use code 🔐 939831 🔐 to open my flat door. **When you leave, press the ◀️ 'back' button on the keypad to lock the door.**

It's my pleasure, Ed. I'll do everything that's within my reach to make sure you all feel comfortable and enjoy your stay. Just to mention, the apartment is in a residential building, so unfortunately there isn't a reception or concierge where luggage can be left. What I am able to do is ask the cleaning team to receive your luggage while they're at the apartment that day. It will depend on your arrival time and whether they're already there, but I'm happy to check.😊 Another option, If you need to store your luggage much earlier, then can I suggest NannyBag (https://www.nannybag.com/en/luggage-storage/london) It's like Airbnb for bags - shops will keep hold of your bags for a small fee. There's one on Tower Bridge road which is a short walk from Potters Fields Park (https://goo.gl/maps/XbVrKyeTaydoaAcu9) which has one of my favourite views of London and there's various pubs and restaurants in the vicinity. Please let me know your expected arrival time as soon as you have it, and I'll do my best to help make it as easy as possible.🙏

Here's some details to help you locate my flat: Flat 13, Sultan House, 238 Saint James Road, SE1 5LJ The entrance to my building is actually on Lynton Road, just off St James Road on the crossroads. The entrance to my flat is on floor 3. Come up the lift and go straight ahead right to the end of the corridor and the flat is on your left. (please arrive on or after your 3pm check-in time unless we've agreed otherwise).

Hi Ed, The cleaning team said that you can drop the luggage off around 1.30pm if you need 🙏😊 they will be there. In fact, if the apartment ends up being empty, it means it’s ready, in which case you could check in, but that depends on how long it takes them to finish it today.🤞
