I'll speak to the cleaners but the latest you could stay will be until 11.30hs 🙏 If you need somewhere to store your luggage while you wait then can I suggest NannyBag. It's like Airbnb for bags - shops will keep hold of your bags for a small fee. There's one on Tower Bridge road which is a short walk from Potters Fields Park which has one of my favourite views of London and there's various pubs and restaurants in the vicinity.
