Hi Kelvin, yes that is true. You can also go to Bermondsey tube station which is closer and there are direct trains every 2 - 3 min. The tube station is roughly a 15min walk from my flat. And yes, you can use any contactless bank card (or apple pay/Google wallet) to tap in for all public transport in London 🙏🏽

The neighbourhood is very quiet and family-oriented, so I’d say it’s a comfortable area to come back to in the evening. There’s a school right next door, and within just a few minutes’ walk you have supermarkets and even a large 24-hour shop, so there’s usually plenty of activity around. Coming back by tube around 10pm shouldn’t be a problem at all. 😊

There’s just one screen in the home. A projector in the living room, connected to Roku. 😊

Here's some information that will help you get around the flat. Most of these are straightforward, the general rule of thumb is that I would expect you to treat my flat as you would your own: take the shoes off when in the flat, don’t smoke inside the flat (but you can smoke in the roof garden), avoid playing loud music after 10pm etc... There is wardrobe space in both rooms cleared out for you. 🚪Doors Access is via a keypad and code. Very simple. You will receive details for this a few days before. Please note that my apartment door doesn't lock by itself, *so please lock when leaving* 🔑 🚘 Parking There is paid on street residents parking - I'm happy to book and cover the cost of this for you. But you will need to tell me in advance so I can register the virtual permit with the council. 🌡Heating You can control the heating in each room individually using the thermostat on the radiator. Simply turn the dial on it. 🎵 Music & Lights Please refer to the flat manual (https://tinyurl.com/au6bls) ☕️ Coffee & Food There is a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules supplied. Tea, as well as mugs, can be found in the cupboards in the kitchen. Please feel free to make use of the spices and condiments. Feel free to use store cupboard items within reason. Anything in the fridge is fair game 🍸 🪣 Appliances In the kitchen, you have an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster & blender, which are all easy to use. Will you be requiring the sofa for sleeping as well as the two (double and superking) beds? Let me know in advance so I can arrange extra linen. Please note that it isn't a sofa bed. However, it's a large comfortable sofa to sleep on - I can attest to that myself😊 Thanks!

Thanks for the details Kelvin 🙏 The check in time is at 3pm because usually there are guests checking out the same day and the flat needs to be prepare again. If you need, I can ask the cleaning team so they could drop the luggage off while they are working and then come back. Please, close to the date just let me know if that option works for you 😊
