Hola, Marcus. He visto tu alojamiento y me ha encantado. Quería preguntarte si sería posible alquilar el espacio para mi cumpleaños del 25 al 26 de octubre. Estoy pensando en invitar a algunos amigos, unas 12 personas en total, para una pequeña cena y unas copas para celebrar mi cumpleaños. Por supuesto, cuidaríamos bien del alojamiento y nos aseguraríamos de que todo quedara limpio y ordenado después. Solo se quedarían a dormir 5 huéspedes, y los demás solo se unirían a nosotros para cenar. Por favor, dime si te parece bien. ¡Gracias!
Sep 19, 2026 04:55 PMHi Pedro, Thank you so much for considering my apartment for your birthday celebration! 😊 I’m really sorry, but unfortunately the apartment isn’t the best fit for this kind of gathering. It’s in a residential building with families, and we recently had an issue with a neighbour who even called the police because some guests were watching a film with the volume quite high. Sound carries surprisingly easily between the flats here. Because of this, I’m afraid I can’t allow gatherings at the moment, as I really want everyone ( you, your guests and the neighbours ) to have a lovely time without any worries or issues. I hope you understand 🙏 I’m so sorry I can’t host you this time, but I really hope you find a beautiful place where you can properly celebrate your birthday! 🥂🎂
