Hi Franziska, Thank you for your message! Yes, there is a lift in the building and the flat is on the third floor, so normally you wouldn’t need to use the stairs. The lift generally works very well. That said, I always like to be transparent with guests that its maintenance is outside of my control, as it is managed by the building administration. It’s not common for it to be out of service, but it can happen occasionally, in which case the stairs would unfortunately be the only alternative. Just to give you an idea, this year it has only been out of service twice, for less than a week each time. For parking, there is residential street parking directly around the property. I personally have never had any trouble finding a space. If you decide to come by car, you can simply send me your registration number and I can arrange and pay for the parking permit for you. 😊 And yes, the price you see on Airbnb is for the whole flat and includes the stay for 3 guests and your dog, so there are no additional charges for your dog. May I ask where you’ll be travelling from? It would be lovely to know a little more about your trip!
